Channel Sales Manager – UKI and EMEA North

About the Job:

Scale is a vital part of Uptycs security analytics platform and solutions. We are growing exponentially, and you will be on the front lines of expanding the reach of our channel partner network to reach more enterprise clients who benefit from our unique and expansive approach to cybersecurity.

Our Channel Sales Manager - UKI and EMEA North will cover the UK, Ireland, and EMEA North, playing an instrumental role in building and growing successful, long-term channel partnerships with key players in cybersecurity. As Channel Sales Manager, you will identify and build new partnerships and expand on existing partnerships, leveraging the possibilities with Uptycs Security Analytics Platform to drive interest and quickly onboard and ramp new partners and contacts as a critical extension of our sales team.

You will develop an in-depth understanding of the Uptycs platform, carry that depth and enthusiasm into partner conversations, work across various teams within the partner and Uptycs ecosystem to increase partner sourced opportunities, pipeline, and revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and orchestrate all channel partner interaction in the UK, Ireland, and EMEA North
  • Align Partner and Uptycs field sales teams toward effective engagement to identify, qualify, accelerate, and close new business - both via partner sourced and teaming opportunities
  • Drive high ROI joint marketing programs with Uptycs marketing and your focus partners
  • Exceed channel sales targets, including sales quota as well as partner sourced deal registrations, pipeline, enablement, and other goals
  • Actively participate on a growing channel and sales team as a senior team member to help improve the effectiveness of Uptycs’ partner program, partner enablement, partner marketing and messaging, and more

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience working with resellers, integrators, and other solution providers as a Channel Sales Manager (CSM), Channel Account Manager (CAM), or Account Manager
  • Cybersecurity experience required – cloud security experience strongly preferred
  • Executive Level relationships with key partners in the region and the ability to secure exec meetings
  • Deal-driven mentality with the ability get face time every week with partner sales teams to demonstrate the value of Uptycs solutions and approach to their growth
  • Experience with leading cybersecurity partners in UK, Nordics, and BeNeLux 
  • Rich understanding of the security reseller business model, including how they GTM, how their sales teams are compensated, and how to integrate Uptycs as one of their ideal ISV solutions 
  • Respected and engaged team member - with experience and references that back up your “can-do” approach to building consensus, going above and beyond, and driving results together
  • History of overachievement on quota and channel KPIs
  • Strong presentation, CRM/PRM administration, and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented work ethic that thrives in a high-growth culture
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – preferably in business, engineering, or computer science
  • Able to travel 50%+ whenever needed

Regional Sales Manager – UKI and EMEA North

About the Job:

Uptycs is hiring a Regional Sales Manager UKI and EMEA North to accommodate its rapidly-growing customer-base and accelerating revenue. This position offers significant commission-earning potential, fast-paced career development, and numerous opportunities for personal achievement.

Uptycs’ platform enables endpoint and cloud security orchestration from a single dashboard. The solution uses a telemetry-powered approach to address multiple use cases, including extended detection and response, cloud workload protection, and cloud security posture management.

We are looking for a high-performing sales professional with a successful track record building pipeline and solution selling SaaS products to enterprise customers, preferably with knowledge of cyber-security technologies, frameworks and public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) security concepts. As an Uptycs Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing high-trust relationships with business decision makers, technical decision makers, and IT professionals. Uptycs is a fast-paced, exciting environment, with incredible opportunity for a talented, intellectually-curious sales professional. This role will report to the VP of International Sales.

What You'll Do:

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on over-quota performance
  • Identify customer needs and effectively articulate compelling value propositions around Uptycs’ products and services
  • Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings 
  • Grow a pipeline of qualified opportunities from marketing-generated and self-generated leads, and accurately forecast your business
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process through qualification, needs analysis, demonstration, business- and technical-validation, legal and procurement
  • Work closely with customer executives (VP & C-level tech execs in security, cloud center of excellence, and infrastructure) and their teams to effectively convey the value of Uptycs software with their cloud adoption strategies
  • Drive objective achievement through disciplined planning and organization - setting objectives through the development of actionable steps with assigned owners, timelines and measurements while anticipating and removing roadblocks and orchestrating internal and external resources
  • Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo and Salesforce to research and track all relevant information related to the opportunities, accounts and key contacts
  • Provide strategic insight to the internal management team and suggest ideas for enhancement of operations

What We're Looking For:

  • A successful candidate should be driven, creative, self-starter and strategic thinker. The candidate must possess the ability to lead, advise and advocate for customers.
  • BS or BA degree or commensurate work experience
  • 7+ years in solution selling subscription software or SaaS products to enterprise customers
  • Knowledge of cyber-security technologies, endpoint and server security concepts, and public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Successful experience managing a portfolio of clients consisting of large global companies with a high level of complexity, focus, and intensity
  • Proven ability to navigate complex customer organizations, and align strategic solutions to multiple stakeholders within a target customer
  • Ability to work through procurement processes efficiently, with support from Uptycs legal and finance, in order to ensure prompt deal closing
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, high-energy and diligent work ethic
  • Existing relationships with key contacts in the territory are desired but not required

Senior Solution Engineer (East Coast)

About the Job:

Uptycs is hiring a sales engineer to accommodate its rapidly growing customer base and accelerate revenue growth. This position offers significant commission earning potential, fast-paced career development, and numerous opportunities for personal achievement.

As an Uptycs Sales Engineer, you will partner closely with the sales team as a technical advisor and advocate for the Uptycs platform while focusing on increasing the conversion rate of qualified opportunities to win deals in order to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.  You will also build deep expertise in the Uptycs platform, EDR and Threat Detection as well as Endpoint, Open Source and Public Cloud platforms, and apply this knowledge to solve customer challenges.

What You'll Do:

  • Participate in pipeline development, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Win customers' trust by demonstrating technical and business acumen and empathizing with their business challenges. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for our customers. 
  • Develop and deliver engaging demonstrations in collaboration with our sales team to both business and technical users. 
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs. 
  • Lead, contribute to, and employ best practices in executing demos, POCs and pilots. 
  • Help customers customize or extend Uptycs solution during POC or pilot phases. 
  • Present to prospects, customers, and partners at trade shows, conferences, and webinars. 
  • Participate in value-added activities including community involvement (meetups), case studies, and reference calls. 
  • Work with customers and sales team stakeholders to design and align solutions to customer use cases, integration challenges, data reporting and more.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers working with your Account Manager and the local partners within your territory
  • Ability to discuss, with credibility, competitive offers in the marketplace and effectively differentiate against them
  • Territories: North America and International (main focus on the UK)

What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years in solution selling SaaS security products to enterprise customers.
  • 2+ years of experience in selling CNAPP solutions.
  • Strong knowledge/experience of one of the following security functions:
  • Cloud workload protection including containers, Kubernetes, and microVM technologies
  • Cloud Infrastructure Security - e.g. CSPM, CIEM
  • Experience with CI/CD process and/or IaC
  • Experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)  
  • An understanding of the challenges related to security, compliance, and governance for cloud and container infrastructure. 
  • The ability to take complex pieces of technology and explain it in a simple and easy way to prospects and customers. 
  • A very collaborative disposition, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders in contexts varying from pre-sales to post-sales, customer support, and more.


Bonus points for experience in:
  • Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
  • Experience in software development and utilizing scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.) 
  • Experience with internals of Linux, Windows and MacOS
